Image to URL

Upload an image and get a shareable link.

By uploading you confirm you have the right to share the image. Uploads are checked by a content filter and logged to prevent abuse. Links stay online for 30 days.

How to turn an image into a URL

  1. Drop one or more images on the box above, click it to choose files, or paste a screenshot with Ctrl+V.
  2. The security check usually passes on its own. Each file then uploads with its own progress bar.
  3. When an upload finishes, copy the direct URL or a ready-made embed code for HTML, Markdown or BBCode.

What an image URL is good for

  • Sharing: send a link in chat or email instead of a heavy attachment.
  • Embedding: place images in forum posts, README files, Notion pages, newsletters or website builders that only take an image address.
  • Testing: developers can grab a real, fast CDN link for mock-ups, API tests and HTML emails.

Fast delivery from a CDN

Images are stored on the Corenexis image CDN and served through Cloudflare's global network, so they load quickly for visitors anywhere in the world. The direct link points to the image file itself, which means it can be used in an <img> tag, in Markdown, or opened in any browser.

Tips

  • Compress large photos first with the JPG Compress or WebP Converter tools. Smaller files upload faster and load faster for your readers.
  • Give your file a descriptive name before uploading; it is used as the alt text in the embed codes, which helps accessibility and SEO.
  • Links stay online for a limited time. Keep your original file for anything you need long term.

Safe for everyone

Every file is checked by type and size before upload, protected by a bot check, and scanned by a content filter on the server. Your uploads list lives only in this browser tab and disappears when you close it.

Frequently asked questions

Is the image hosting really free?

Yes. Upload JPG, PNG, GIF, WebP, AVIF and other images up to 10 MB each and get a direct link on the Corenexis CDN. There is no account, no sign-up and no watermark.

How long does the link stay online?

Each link stays live for the period shown under the result, which is 30 days by default. Save a copy of anything you need to keep for longer; this tool is made for quick sharing and embedding, not long-term storage.

Can I upload several images at once?

Yes. Drop or choose many files, or paste them one after another. They are uploaded one by one with a progress bar each, and every finished link is listed under "Your uploads" with copy buttons.

What can I do with the embed codes?

The HTML code places the image on a web page, Markdown works in GitHub, Reddit, Notion and most documentation tools, and BBCode works in classic forums. The direct URL works anywhere that accepts an image link.

What images are not allowed?

Uploads are checked by an automatic content filter. Illegal, violent, adult or copyrighted material that you do not own is not allowed and is removed. Uploads are logged to help fight abuse.

Why do I see a security check?

The check, provided by Cloudflare Turnstile, stops bots from abusing the free hosting. For most people it passes automatically without any puzzle.
